To access certain features of AutoVita, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must provide accurate and complete information.
• You may not use another user's account without permission.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

AutoVita uses third-party artificial intelligence services (such as Google Gemini and Replicate) to generate and upscale car images.

• Accuracy: AI-generated content is for illustrative purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, realism, or quality of the generated images.
• Usage Limits: We may impose limits on the number of images you can generate to prevent abuse and manage costs.
• No Warranty: Use of AI features is at your own risk. We are not liable for any errors or offensive content produced by the AI, although we implement safeguards to minimize such occurrences.

Your Content: You retain ownership of the data (car details, logs, reference images) you upload to AutoVita. By uploading, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Our Content: AutoVita, including its text, graphics, logos, and software code, is the property of AutoVita and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

Trademarks & Generated Content: AI-generated images created through AutoVita may depict real-world vehicles, brand names, or logos based on your inputs. AutoVita is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturers. All such trademarks remain the sole property of their respective owners. The generation of these images is intended strictly for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You are explicitly prohibited from using generated images containing third-party trademarks for commercial purposes or in any manner that implies an official association. You assume full responsibility for ensuring your use of the generated content does not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights.

By purchasing a physical poster or digital Studio Generation Credits from AutoVita, you agree to our Return & Refund Policy as well as our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All prices displayed during checkout are final and include applicable taxes and shipping fees as indicated.

Print Orders & Intellectual Property: Our physical poster printing service operates on a bespoke, print-on-demand basis for user-generated content. Because you, the user, direct the AI generation and subsequently request the physical reproduction of that specific image, you are solely responsible for the content of your order. By placing an order for a physical print, you represent and warrant that your use and reproduction of the image (even if it contains real-world vehicle likenesses, brand names, or logos) is for personal, non-commercial use, and does not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights. AutoVita acts solely as a technical intermediary facilitating the printing process and assumes no liability for trademark or copyright claims arising from physical prints of user-generated content. You agree to indemnify and hold AutoVita harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from the printing of your custom orders.
