Privacy Policy

We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the application, specifically:

• Personal Data: Your email address, username, and authentication credentials (managed securely via Supabase).
• Car Data: Information about the vehicles you add to your garage, including make, model, year, purchase dates, costs, and logbook entries (such as maintenance records, repairs, and timeline events).
• User Content: Comments, likes, and any reference images you upload for AI generation.
• Public Information: Please note that any information included in a public garage (username, car details, public stories) is visible to any visitor of the site. However, logbook entries are kept strictly private and are not visible to other users, even for cars that are otherwise public.

We use trusted third-party services to operate AutoVita:

• Google Gemini: We use Google's generative AI to create stylized cover images for your cars. When you generate an image, we send the car's description (year, make, model, color) or your reference image to Google's API. Google does not use this data to train their models.
• Replicate: We use Replicate to process and upscale high-resolution images for our Studio Generations. Information required to process these images is sent to their API securely.
• Resend: We use Resend to deliver transactional emails (such as order confirmations, shipping updates, and account notifications). Necessary information, like your email address and order details, is shared securely for this purpose.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: We use Cloudflare Turnstile for security and bot protection on our forms. Turnstile may collect basic network or browser data to verify human interactions without relying on traditional visual captchas.
• Supabase: We use Supabase for authentication, database hosting, and file storage. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
• Stripe: We use Stripe for secure payment processing. We do not store or process your full credit card details on our servers; this data is handled directly and securely by Stripe.
• Prodigi: When you order a printed poster, we share your shipping address and the high-resolution generated image with our printing partner, Prodigi, solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

We implement authentic security measures designed to protect your information. We also provide you with controls to manage your privacy, such as setting your car costs to "Private" or "Public."

You have the right to access, update, or delete the information we have on you. You can manage your profile settings directly within the app or contact us to request full account deletion.
